How much does a website cost?
- A custom website from JB Wright Digital starts at $400 for a simple Starter site, $650 for a standard business site, $1,200 for a larger Premium build, and $2,000 for e-commerce. How long does it take to build a website?
- Most small business websites are ready in about one to two weeks. The exact timeline depends on the size of the site and how quickly you share content and feedback. Larger or e-commerce builds can take a little longer, and we always give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do you build custom websites or use templates?
- Every site is custom-built for your business, never a prebuilt template. It is designed around your brand, your services, and your customers, and coded to load fast and work cleanly on phones. Custom builds give you better control and stronger search performance than drag-and-drop builders.
What is the free homepage mockup?
- Before you pay anything, we design a free mockup of your homepage so you can see the design direction first. There is no cost and no commitment: if you love it we move forward, and if it is not right, you have lost nothing. It is the easiest way to see how your site could look before making a decision.
What types of businesses do you work with?
- We work with businesses of every kind, from shops, restaurants, and salons to contractors, clinics, studios, and professional services. If your business has customers to reach and a story to tell, we can build for it. We are based in Detroit and we take clients anywhere.
Do you only work with Detroit businesses?
- No. JB Wright Digital is based in Detroit and proudly serves Metro Detroit, but we work with businesses anywhere. Our process runs smoothly whether you are down the street or across the country.
How does payment work?
- Projects start with a deposit to reserve your spot, 25% for smaller sites and 50% for projects over $1,000, with the balance due before your site goes live. This keeps billing clear and simple, with no open-ended invoices. Optional monthly care plans are billed separately after launch.
What happens after my website launches?
- After launch, you can choose a monthly care plan to keep your site updated, secure, and running smoothly. Plans start at $30 per month, and the Care and Updates plan at $70 per month includes a couple of small content updates each month. Small updates are quick text or image changes; new pages or larger features are quoted separately.
Do I own my website?
- Yes. Your website, your content, and your brand are yours to keep. If we host your site, small updates are included with a care plan, and if you host it elsewhere, updates are billed per change.
Can you help my business show up on Google?
- Yes. Beyond building your site, we help you get found through local SEO and Google Business Profile setup, so you appear when nearby customers search for what you do. Every site we build is structured to be search-friendly from day one.
Are your websites mobile-friendly and fast?
- Every website we build is mobile-first and speed-optimized, so it looks sharp and loads quickly on phones, tablets, and desktops. Fast, mobile-friendly sites keep visitors around longer and tend to rank better on Google.
